Nice park. Typical for commercial RV park. Nice paving and free continental breakfast. A few long term but very clean and neat. Also a gift shop available.

Quiet and pretty. Typical state park facility. Very tame deer and turkeys to feed if you are interested. Nice place to kick back for a couple of nights.

Quiet but just a field. If we return we will drive down to one of the sites within the park. The evening and morning view of the canyon area was beautiful from our site. OK place to park to visit the canyon.

This is an area located within the Childress city park. Quiet and comfortable. The park offers lakeside paths for strolling with a natural lake.

This is a FREE site located 100 yards from the south entrance to The Petrified Forest NP. It is provided by the gift shop. There are spaces available with picnic tables (no generators allowed) and a section with no tables that allow generators. Great place to park while visiting the park. I rated it a 9 since it was better than I expected for a free site.
